DLA Paris ships 50–100 units of each product to Romania as starter inventory — enough to validate market demand without inventory risk on either side.
DLA Paris shares production cost per SKU. Full visibility on the cost base — no hidden margins, no markups inside the supply chain.
We agree on retail price together. Default proposal: same as French RRP, converted to RON. Keeps brand positioning consistent across markets.
On every sale: deduct production cost (paid to DLA Paris), then split the remaining profit 50/50 between DLA Paris and Atelier Maria Pauna.
Production cost = cost of 1 product unit + 1 packaging unit. Banners, artwork, marketing assets & other creative materials not included.
Payments to DLA Paris settled on the 29th of each month, covering all sales from the previous month — production cost reimbursement + transport & fees + 50% profit share, in one consolidated transfer.

We can't commit to a fixed discount sum upfront. Monthly average lands typically between 10–25%, with the 35% cap built in as extra margin for high-pressure moments. Both sides win when we sell at the highest price the audience will accept.
